Exchange/Return Policy 

  • We have a 30-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return.
  • To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original bag.
  • If you want to return and refund, the shipping fee is none-refundable in most cases,because all our bras are not re-sold.

If you choose to exchange. Your replacement will be sent to you when we receive your returned item.

Return

Please make sure that the return items are intact with tag and label, without odors and stains when you diceide to return items for full refund.If you choose to return,the shipping fee is none-refundable in most cases. Your payment of items will be refunded to your original payment method when we receive your returned item. For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant. 

Procedure

To start an exchange/return, you can contact us via service@brabalas.com If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
