We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we’re working hard to get your orders to you. Please expect 3 - 5 business days for processing. Shipments are not picked up by carriers on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
SHIPPING FEEWe offer free shipping with the purchase of 1 piece. The standard shipping method is used for orders worldwide, 4PX is used as our shipping carrier and the last mile carrier will depend on the country, for example, USPS for the states and Canada Post for Canada.(Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Processing TimeAll orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. We need to double confirm your size and prepare the parcel. A tracking code will be given once the parcel is sent out.
Delivery DurationDelivery time to different countries differs. Normally it takes 7-15 business days to the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and others. For Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and Virgin Islands, it takes 15-25 business days.

- We have a 30-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return.
- To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original bag.
- If you want to return and refund, the shipping fee is none-refundable in most cases，because all our bras are not re-sold.
If you choose to exchange. Your replacement will be sent to you when we receive your returned item.
Please make sure that the return items are intact with tag and label, without odors and stains when you diceide to return items for full refund.If you choose to return,the shipping fee is none-refundable in most cases. Your payment of items will be refunded to your original payment method when we receive your returned item. For Paypal payment, please allow 3- 7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant.
